5. Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Services
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console, services provided by Google LLC, to measure traffic and Website performance. Google may collect information such as your IP address and your activity on the Website and use it in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The Website also loads fonts and design resources from third-party content delivery networks (including Google Fonts and Tailwind CSS), which receive your IP address when your browser requests those files. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies; doing so may affect how the Website works.
Do Not Track. The Website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to complete your project, provide warranty service, maintain business, tax, licensing, bonding and insurance records, and for the period during which claims relating to construction work may be brought under applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no website, internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You provide information to us at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branded GC is not responsible for unauthorized access to, or use of, information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
